Jana Kramer, an actor and singer-songwriter who specializes in country pop music and songwriting gained prominence on TV when she became Alex during the final three seasons on One Tree Hill. She was featured in several episodes as a brand new country music artist. This helped her album make it to the Billboard 200 Top 20. Her follow-up Thirty One in 2015 Thirty One reached the Top Ten. The decade ended with appearances for Dancing with the Stars. In 2021, the album The Doubting Voices made its debut. Jana Rae Kramer began acting in 2002, when she was just a teenager. She was born in Rochester Hills Michigan Jana Rae Kramer has a background in the country genre. In the past Kramer was a regular on a variety of series, including All My Children and CSI: NY before landing the regular role as Noelle Davenport in NBC's Friday Night Lights the Second season (2007-2008). Kramer appeared as Portia Ranson on 90210 from 2008 to 2009 and Brooke Manning on Entourage 2009 before being cast on the show on the CW's One Tree Hill as Alex Dupre in 2009 where she continued to appear until the finale season in 2012. Jana Kramer Kramer's run on One Tree Hill saw her sign a record contract with Elektra Records. In 2011, she premiered the modern country love song I Won't Give Up. The track later appeared in her full-length debut Jana Kramer in mid-2012. Billboard Top Country Albums ranked it in the Top Five. Her focus was on her musical career following that, and not resigning from acting she appeared in films like Heart of the Country 2013 and Country Crush 2016 that would appeal to her music fanbase. The album was released in October 2015. Kramer dropped her debut album Thirty One with Warner Music Nashville. It was a Top Five Country Hit I Got the Boy as well as her duo track that Steven Tyler and Aerosmith performed together helped the album reach third place on the Billboard 200 and number 10 on the chart for country albums. The two-month stint on Dancing with the Stars 23rd edition ended with her finishing fourth. She also scored an adult contemporary smash with the song Feels like Christmas, featuring Straight No Chaser.
